Ordering, Shipping & Returns Policy
Order Fulfillment:
We are committed to processing and shipping all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on order size, demand, or holiday periods. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number for your convenience.
Shipping:

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number that will be sent to your email once your package is shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website.

Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and USPS’s service. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days, but please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak periods such as holidays.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship only to United States addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged silicone molds within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging. If your item is eligible for a return, please contact us to initiate the return process.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Non-returnable Items: Please note that custom or personalized items, as well as used or opened molds, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged or defective product in the email. This helps us assess the issue and expedite the resolution.

Resolution: We will work with you to either issue a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
