Returns and Shipping Information

All Items are Handmade in my studio based in Mississippi.

Ordering, Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Fulfillment:

We are committed to processing and shipping all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on order size, demand, or holiday periods. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number for your convenience.

Shipping:

  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number that will be sent to your email once your package is shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website.

  • Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and USPS’s service. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days, but please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak periods such as holidays.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship only to United States addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged silicone molds within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging. If your item is eligible for a return, please contact us to initiate the return process.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

  • Non-returnable Items: Please note that custom or personalized items, as well as used or opened molds, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item at oddityabyss@gmail.com.

  2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged or defective product in the email. This helps us assess the issue and expedite the resolution.

  3. Resolution: We will work with you to either issue a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Additional Information:

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

  • Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
